These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AI Fanfic Generator. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the product, you agree to these terms.

The Service

AI Fanfic Generator provides tools for drafting, editing, organizing, and generating fiction and related writing materials. Some features use AI models to generate or transform text based on the prompts, drafts, settings, and context you provide.

Accounts

Credits, Trials, and Subscriptions

The service may use credits to measure paid and trial usage. Unless stated otherwise in the product, credits are consumed when AI-generated output is produced. Free trials, anonymous trials, promotional credits, and subscription credits may be limited by account, browser, device, network, payment status, billing period, or other abuse-prevention signals.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Subscription changes, cancellations, failures, refunds, and access to credits are handled according to the plan terms shown in the product and by our payment provider. We may update pricing or plan limits for future billing periods.

User Content

You keep ownership of the prompts, drafts, characters, notes, stories, and other content you create or upload. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for the content you submit and for how you use generated output. AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content, so you should review and edit output before publishing or relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse trials or credits, scrape the product, resell access without permission, or overload the service. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, payment failure, or a material violation of these terms.

Third-Party Services

The product relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email, databases, storage, and AI model processing. Your use of those parts of the product may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Fanfic Generator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product or another reasonable channel. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
